• How long does it take to ship my unit/bundles?

Orders before 3:00 PM EST (Mon-Fri) are processed and shipped same day, excluding holidays. Orders on weekends and holidays are processed and shipped on Monday or the next business day! Standard shipping is 3-5 business days. Express is 1-2 business days!

• What is the price of shipping?

Standard shipping is FREE for our Queens, of course! Express shipping will be determined at the time of payment.

• Where is my tracking number?

Tracking number will be emailed to you via the shipping confirmation email you will receive within 24 hours of your order being shipped.

• How long will this unit and/or these bundles last?

To make the most out of your unit and/or bundles, handle your hair gently! The units/bundles are high quality, so you’re halfway there. Shampoo gently, blow-dry mindfully, and condition your unit/bundles at least once a week, and it will remain in great quality. Units can last up to 1 year with proper care.
